sewing my new bag

I had a lazy start to the day then headed to Port Wakefield to see Karen and the kids. The plan was to make my new bag as Karen had made herself one and I really liked it.
so I got busy cutting and sewing in between cuppas and lunch

and the end result was this great bag almost finished, final touches to be added when I got home as the day has disappeared on me and it was time to head home.

  3. I also do like the bag and I think it is nice that you also have a blog I can communicate with daughters and granddaughters now via the blog Not much use for me to have one because I still only crochet and still mainly little curtains(valletjes) keep on quilting Puck

  4. Well done Dineke! Such a snazzy bag, and sewn up with so much love. I miss my crafting, but it's been too warm to do much knitting, and my sewing machine has thrown a fit, so I need to save up to get it looked at, or buy a new one.
